    A satisfied client

Ruth Jenkins is shown with Mrs Scarlet Dalek following contested proceedings. She obtained a divorce from Mr Scarlet Dalek on the basis of his unreasonable behaviour, as for some years his only communication with her was to shout “I will exterminate” and “You will obey”.

This was found to be coercive and controlling behaviour and the Court also ordered him not to contact his wife or come within a parsec – or 3.26 light years - of her for an indefinite period.  He was ordered to transfer 50% of his share of the proceeds of the sack of Gallifrey to her within 28 days.

All of our family lawyers have the skills and sensitivity to navigate you through the tough times of family breakdown.  We will encourage mediation and promote a negotiated settlement where possible, and you can be confident of making the right decisions for your future, avoiding lengthy conflict, and swiftly resolving disputes.  Jackamans offers Legal Aid if it is available.

We can also help when your relationship is just starting out with cohabitation advice and pre-nuptial and pre-civil partnership agreements.

For further information do contact ruth.jenkins@jackamans.co.uk. or call 01473 255591.
